The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sale price of which are stated below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the owned by the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts Application Principles and Procedures, for the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and become informed about the basic features of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, and the delivery terms on the website and provided necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2- The subject product of the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence.
4.3- If the subject product of the contract will be delivered to a person/institution other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the rejection of the delivery by the recipient.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the subject product of the contract in sound, complete, complying with the specified qualifications in the order, along with warranty documents and usage manuals if any.
4.5- For the delivery of the subject product of the contract, it is mandatory that the signed copy of this contract has been sent to the SELLER and the payment has been made by the BUYER in the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to have been relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- In the event of unauthorized use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, without any fault of the BUYER, after the delivery of the product, if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, provided that the product is delivered to the BUYER, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER fails to deliver the subject product of the contract within the agreed period due to extraordinary conditions such as force majeure or interruptions in transportation such as adverse weather preventing transportation, they are obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order, request a similar product if available, and/or postpone the delivery period until the preventing situation ceases. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is refunded in cash within 10 days.
4.8- Products sold with a warranty certificate, whether defective or not, can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repair within the warranty conditions, and in this case, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery to themselves or the person/institution at the indicated address. To exercise this right, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, email, or telephone within this period, and the product must not be used within the scope of Article 6. In case of exercising this right, a cargo delivery report regarding the product delivered to the third person or the BUYER and the return of the original invoice are mandatory. The product price is refunded within 7 days after the arrival of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping fee for the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Products that cannot be returned by their nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs, fast deteriorating, or expired products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. The exercise of the withdrawal right for the following products is subject to the condition that the product packaging is unopened, undamaged, and the product remains unused.

- Portable Computers (No returns after the original operating system is installed.)
- All types of software and programs
- DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes
- Computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)
- All types of cosmetic products
- Mobile phone credit orders

ARTICLE 7- AUTHORIZED COURT

For the application of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.

In the event of order completion, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
