Which courier companies do you use for delivery?

 

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, and HepsiJET for the delivery of your shipments to your address.

 

How many days does it take for an order to be delivered?

 

Delivery times for orders after being shipped:

 

Is my order shipped on the same day?

 

  • HepsiJET: Orders placed until 1:00 PM are shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time are shipped the next day.
  • Aras and Yurtiçi Kargo: Orders placed until 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time are shipped the next day.

 

Can I pay on delivery?

How can I use a gift voucher?

 

To use your gift voucher, enter your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Vouchers" section on the "Cart" screen and click "Add" (see step 1).

 

If you have a specially defined gift voucher, you can make your selection by clicking on "Defined Gift Vouchers" in the Gift Vouchers section (see step 2).

I placed an order without registering. How can I make a return?

 

You can create a return request for orders placed without registration.

To do this, simply click on Easy Return (Shopping Without Membership) and create your return request from the link provided here.

 

Do you provide gift wrapping services?

 

Yes. You can request gift wrapping by ticking the "I want a gift package" box in the "Gift Package" section located at the bottom of the "Address Information" screen and you can write the gift note you want to add to the package.

 

How can I make a payment? How many payment methods are available?

Can I make installment payments with my credit card?

 

You can make your payments in installments using your credit card. When making a payment through İyzico, upon entering your card number, depending on the bank agreement, you will be presented with installment options, allowing you to split your payment into the desired number of installments.

If you're using PAYTR for payment, by selecting installment payments instead of a single payment and choosing the icon associated with your card, you can make your payment in installments.

ablukaonline.com.tr only sells products in perfect condition. However, in case of an exceptional situation where a faulty product is sent to you, you can create a return request here and communicate your situation in the notes section.

How can I cancel my membership?
