The products you've purchased from ablukaonline.com.tr will be delivered to the address you provided using Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, or HepsiJET when placing your order.
Shipping deliveries are valid only within Turkey.
If your address is outside the delivery area of the selected courier or due to branch quotas, etc., the delivery will be managed by the courier available for your address.

Order Delivery Time
Orders confirmed before 14:00 will be handed over to the selected courier on the same day. The estimated delivery time for products within Turkey ranges from 1-4 business days based on the cities.
Unable to Deliver the Shipment
If the delivery personnel from the courier attempting to deliver to your address find you absent, the respective Courier Branch will send a message to your phone within 3 days stating that you need to collect the package from the branch. It's required to collect your package within this 3-day period. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to Abluka.
Public Holidays and Campaign Periods
Orders placed on public holidays will be handed over to the courier on the first working day following the holiday. Delays in delivering orders might occur during special discount days, campaign days, and similar occasions.
Although products are always available in stock, delays in delivery might occur due to force majeure situations. In case of possible delays in delivery, information will be provided through the contact channels provided in the order details.
Delivery of Damaged Products
If you suspect any damage to the product in your shipment, make sure to create a report with the courier's employee and refrain from accepting the product!
Send the created report to [email protected] as soon as possible. By completing these procedures, we will initiate actions related to your package and arrange for a re-delivery as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, it will assist us in our investigations regarding the product.
Acceptance of damaged products during the delivery by the courier is considered as the product being received in good condition, and in such cases, product returns will not be accepted.
