Order Delivery Time
Approved orders placed until 14:00 are delivered to the cargo company selected at the order stage on the same day. Estimated delivery time of products for Turkey varies in the range of 1-4 working days according to cities.

Cargo cannot be delivered Status
If you are not at your address when delivery is due for delivery, the cargo branch personnel who will deliver to your order address will send a message to your phone that says that you must receive the package from the branch within 3 days of delivery by the relevant Shipping Branch. You will need to receive your package within these 3 days. If you do not receive your package within the specified time period, the package will be returned to the blockade.
Official holidays and Campaign periods
Orders placed on official holidays are delivered to the shipping company on the first working day following the holiday. Special days such as special discount days and campaign days on our website may result in delays in shipping orders.
During periods of heavy cargo (Special discount days, Campaign periods, etc.) deliveries may be delayed.
Products available in stock are always available for sale. However, you will be notified via the communication channels in the order information in the event of a delayed delivery due to mucus reasons.
Damaged Product Delivery
If you believe any damage to the product in your cargo pack, file a report to the carrier employee and do not pick up the product!
Report the held report to [email protected] email addresses as soon as possible. If you perform these actions, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, you will be helping us with our product work.
In the event of receipt of damaged products during shipping of the carrier, the product is considered to be received in a sound manner and no return of the product is made.
