Payment via Bank Transfer/EFT

Things to consider when making a bank transfer/EFT:

• After placing your order, you need to send the total order amount (including shipping costs if applicable) to our designated bank account.
• In the description section of your bank transfer/EFT transaction, please specify your order number and email address.
• Once your bank transfer/EFT payment is received in our account, your order will be processed within 1 day, and the status of your order will be updated to Order Received. At this stage, the procurement process for the products in your order begins according to the order queue.
• If no bank transfer/EFT is received from your side within 1-5 business days, your order will be canceled.

Important: The processing date for bank transfer/EFT orders is the date of payment, not the date the order was placed.
