Cancellation & Return Conditions

  • You can request a return for the products you purchased from Ablukaonline.com.tr (either partially or entirely) within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that they are unused.
  • If you purchase ABLUKA products through Trendyol, Hepsiburada, LCW, or other marketplaces, you will be subject to the return and shipping terms of the respective website. The following guidelines are only valid for ablukaonline.com.tr orders.
  • The product you intend to return must be undamaged, unused, and not damaged due to misuse. If the products reach us used, worn, or washed, we may need to return them to you, and in such cases, no refund will be issued.
  • Ensure that the packaging of the product you intend to return is suitable for shipping. In cases where it is not possible to resell the product due to packaging-related issues during transportation (e.g., tearing or staining of the package during transport), the product will be returned to you.
  • When returning the product/products, it is necessary to include all accessories, the original box, and the invoice.
  • If a defective/wrong product has been received by the buyer, Abluka covers the exchange or return.
  • For hygienic reasons, items such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, boxer etc., cannot be returned. These items can only be returned if they remain unopened, unused, and untested due to hygiene rules.
  • The shipping cost for product returns is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made to the account specified by the buyer after deducting the shipping fee from the total amount.

 

How Can I Cancel/Return My Order?

For your cancellation/return requests, we kindly ask you to create an online request through My Account/Return Requests by logging in. This way, you can complete your transactions more quickly.

If you created an order without registering, you can open your return request at this address.

Safely pack the products in their original packaging along with your invoice. If you can't find your invoice, you can access your e-archive invoice from your email address or contact our customer service at 0850 259 54 64, our WhatsApp line, or by sending an email to [email protected] for assistance.

By delivering your return package to the nearest partnered Cargo branch and specifying the free shipment code provided to you by ABLUKA to the shipping officer.

 

Order Cancellation

As per consumer rights, you can use your right to withdraw from your order even before your order is delivered. For this, you must open a 'Order Cancellation' request via My Account/Cancel Requests or inform us at [email protected] before the email notification of your order being delivered. If your order has been delivered, you can use your return right within fourteen (14) days as per the consumer protection law.

 

Refund


The shipping cost for product returns is the responsibility of the buyer
. The refund will be made to the account specified by the buyer after deducting the shipping fee from the total amount.

Instructions will be given to refund the amount of the approved returned product to your account or credit card used for payment. The reflection of the refund amount to your account may vary according to the bank, and ABLUKA cannot intervene in this process. This process may take 2-3 weeks.
