Cancel & Return Terms

  • You may request a return of the products you purchased on (in parts or in whole), provided that your order has not been used within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • Only products with campaigns and discounted products can be replaced. No refund is available.
  • If you purchase ABLUKA products through Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and other markets where we sell, you will be subject to the return and shipping terms of the respective website. The following routings are only available for orders.
  • The product you are returning must be undamaged, unused, and not damaged by an operating error. If the products reach us in a used, worn, washed way, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
  • Make sure that the packaging of your return product is properly carried out for shipping. When carrying, the packaging source will be returned to you when the product is not available for sale again. (E.g., the product is torn and stained during transport)
